Inhabit Embodiment

Somatic ~ Devotional ~ Transformative

Your body has been trying to tell you something for years.

Not in words. In the tension that won't release. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. The sense that no matter how much work you've done on yourself, something essential is still waiting.

Something in you knows there is more. Not more to do. More to feel. More to inhabit.

This is that place.

Somatic, devotional, and rooted in 25 years of lived practice — Inhabit works through breath, movement, and ancient wisdom woven with modern nervous system medicine. All of it in service of one thing: you, fully inhabiting a life that feels like yours.

Ready to find out what's possible?

Most healing asks you to rise above it . Above the pain, above the past, above the body that has been carrying all of it.

Inhabit Embodiment asks something different.

Come down. Come in. Into the breath that has been waiting to be followed. Into the sensation you've been managing. Into the places that have been held so long they've forgotten what it feels like to move.

This work is rooted in nondual Kaula Tantra philosophy and 25 years of lived practice. It does not ask you to transcend your experience. It asks you to meet it. Fully. Without flinching. With playful inquiry and fierce love.

Because nothing in you is broken. Nothing has ever been broken.

You just forgot.

And the path home is through the body...

slowly, safely, exactly as you are.

Every door leads to the same place.

Your body. Your wholeness. Your life, fully inhabited.

Choose the one that calls to you.

Inhabit Soma

One body. One guide. Profound results.

This is the most intimate door into the work. Private, 1:1 somatic coaching built around you. Your nervous system, your patterns, your life.

Every session is purposeful, trauma-competent, and rooted in a modality refined over 25 years of lived practice.

This is not talk therapy. This is the body doing what the mind never could - moving, releasing, and remembering what wholeness actually feels like.

Inhabit Sisterhood

Eight weeks. Intimate group. Something real.

There is a particular kind of freedom that only exists in a circle of women who have agreed to see each other clearly. Not the curated version. Not the performing-wellness version. The real one! The one that moves and sounds and sometimes falls apart and always finds its way back.

That circle is what Inhabit Sisterhood is built to hold.

The next circle is forming.

Bring Inhabit to You

Your studio. Your retreat. Your circle.

Inhabit travels. Breathwork intensives, embodied movement experiences, consent-based intimacy work, and sacred women's circles - brought directly to the community you have already built.

Weekend immersions or standalone events, shaped around what your people are ready for. Trauma-competent continuing education for yoga teachers and somatic facilitators who have been doing the work long enough to know there is something deeper.

This work changes a room. Let it change yours.

I know what it is to live in a body shaped by survival. To have life strip away your sense of safety until the voice in your own head sounds more trustworthy than the quiet wisdom of your own body.

I know the unraveling too. The way the old stories loosen their grip, one shaking breath at a time, until what's left underneath isn't broken. It's just you, arriving.

My own path moved through trauma-competent somatic psychology, nervous system medicine, and the nondual Kaula Tantra traditions of Trika, Krama, and Śrī Vidyā. I wasn't collecting certifications or building a career. I was following every thread that brought me closer to what was true. Over time those threads stopped being separate studies. They became one living body of work.

That's Inhabit Embodiment.

It's everything I've spent decades discovering, practicing, questioning, and living, gathered into one place so that maybe your path home doesn't have to be quite so lonely as mine was.

Watch the video. Let it land in your body before your mind decides what to do with it. Then, if something in you says yes, I'd love to meet you here.

The body itself is the wish-fulfilling tree.
